ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - The city of Albany is hosting a Veterans Day celebration on Nov. 11.

The celebration will begin at 3:30 p.m., and it will take place at the Albany Civic Center in the center’s ballrooms.

Organizers say that this event will not only celebrate veterans but will also bring together community members to express gratitude for those who served and continue to serve our nation.

The event is open to the public. All are welcome to attend.
