Description
ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - Hope you have Hot Hands for the football game tonight, it will be getting cold once again tonight. Temperatures will be well into the 30s by the end of the games, dropping to around freezing early in the morning. Afternoon highs steadily increase this weekend, from the low 60s Saturday to the low 70s Sunday. Besides Sunday, afternoon highs linger in the 60s next week. Overnight lows look to stay cool, not freezing, early next week.
Sunday afternoon could see a stray isolated shower, but chances are, most of us will stay dry. Widespread, drought-relieving rain is likely Monday night into Tuesday, totals around an inch expected across SGA. Cooler and drier weather take over Wednesday and Thursday, then next Friday will feature the potential for more wet weather.
