MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) — John-Paul Miller, who is a pastor at Solid Rock Church in The Market Common, was arrested for assault and battery third-degree, according to online records from Myrtle Beach Police Dept.
ABC15 reached out to MBPD for more information about the incident that led to his arrest.
John-Paul was married to 30-year-old Mica Miller, who died by suicide on April 27 at Lumber River State Park in Robeson County.

Since her death, law enforcement has released the 911 call, security footage and a timeline of events detailing the day she died.
Last week, the FBI conducted "court-authorized law enforcement activity" at a home connected to John-Paul, an FBI spokesperson confirmed to ABC15.
He will appear for a bond hearing on Thursday morning. ABC15 will keep you updated about the outcome of the hearing.
