The Albany Area Arts Council (AAAC) is pleased to announce its upcoming Albany Area Artist Network “Summer Show and Tell”, taking place on Thursday, July 17, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Albany Area Arts Council. This event marks the second in a new seasonal series that celebrates creativity and connection across Southwest Georgia’s vibrant arts community.
Following the successful launch of the Albany Area Artist Network (AAAN) and its inaugural “Show and Tell” event, the AAAC is continuing its mission to foster a thriving community of artists and arts professionals. The “Summer Show and Tell” invites artists, creatives, and community members to gather, share their work, participate in a community art project, and build meaningful relationships in an informal and inspiring setting.
The AAAN features a free online artist directory, www.albanyartistnetwork.org, designed to promote artists, foster connections, and serve as a dynamic registry of creatives in the region. Whether you are a visual artist, performer, musician, filmmaker, or an arts administrator, the AAAN is your platform for collaboration, promotion, and opportunity.
