Recognized with the 2012 National Parenting Publication Silver Award, FLIP IT offers a proven approach to navigating challenging behaviors in the early childhood classroom. This session aims to equip early childcare staff with a quick and practical insight into implementing the FLIP IT strategies, empowering them to effectively handle challenging behaviors and foster a positive learning environment for all.
