Join us for a hands-on workshop to Grow Your Own Microgreens! Everything needed to grow nutritious microgreens, indoors, in less than two weeks is included. Participants will receive high-quality 5x5 trays and enough seeds and soil mix to grow two cycles of microgreens. Together we will seed your very first trays! The class will be led by Jessica Katz of Essence Farmstead, who grows microgreens year-round for the local community. Learn all the tips and tricks from a master microgreens grower in a scaled down version perfect for any indoor space. Growing microgreens at home is a simple step towards a more sustainable life. Anyone of any age and ability can grow microgreens at home and reap the amazing health benefits straight from your very own home.
