ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - Three men were arrested on Tuesday, Sept. 2 in an Albany homicide case that resulted in the death of a 24-year-old father, according to the Albany Police Department (APD).

Rasheed Moore was shot and killed on Aug. 16 outside of an Albany nightclub. Now, the following people have been arrested and charged in the case:

Charles Anthony Porter, 26, is facing charges of murder and possession of a dangerous weapon, according to APD.

Anthony Hawkins and Shannon McClloyd, Jr. now face charges of possession of a dangerous weapon, police said. APD said that additional charges are pending for Hawkins and McClloyd.
