ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - Crews are working on a water main break on Monday, Aug. 4.
According to the City of Albany’s Public Information Officer, the break is at Ingleside Drive near Samford Avenue.
While water is no longer coming out of the water main, it is not fixed. Residents may still see discoloration in the water, caused by iron in the water, according to the city.
If you see discoloration, the city advises you to run cold water until it runs clear.
The city told WALB that the repairs are expected to be completed by tonight.
WALB will provide updates once more information becomes available.
