ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - DISH Network customers lost access to WALB on Tuesday, March 10, after the two sides did not reach a renewal agreement. The dispute means DISH customers no longer have access to “Today in Georgia” and other WALB News 10 programming on that platform.

How to stream WALB News 10

Viewers can watch WALB newscasts by downloading the free WALB News 10 streaming app. The app is available on Android, Roku, Fire TV and Apple TV. Search “WALB News 10” to find it.

To download and set up the app on a phone, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to your app store and download the WALB News 10 app. Also download the WALB Weather app.

Step 2: Once the app has finished downloading, open it and select the settings button in the top right corner. Select “Settings” and tap “Notifications Enabled.”

Setting up weather alerts

To receive weather alerts, open the WALB Weather app and tap the three bars in the top right corner. Select “Settings,” then select “WALB Alerts.”

Once setup is complete, viewers can watch live newscasts during normal broadcast times by selecting “WATCH LIVE” at the top of the WALB News 10 app.
