Rainfall returns on Tuesday with a few showers and storms during the morning commute, continuing into lunchtime. Our disturbance will help develop more widespread rainfall into the afternoon and evening, keeping highs in the 80s. Rainfall will last into the night.
More showers and storms are likely into the end of the work week before the weekend turns hot and humid in the 90s with isolated showers and storms.
Tropical Update: Tropical Storm Dexter will continue to push off into the northeast Atlantic and weaken.
A frontal boundary off the coast of Georgia will aid in some potential tropical development over the next week at a 30% chance within the next 7 days.
However, the main area to watch is a tropical wave off the coast of Africa that has a 50% chance of development over the next 7 days. We will keep you updated.
