GRADY COUNTY, Ga. (WCTV) - Grady County Sheriff Earl Prince gave WCTV a detailed look at GCSO’s yearly stats from 2025 with over 16,000 calls for service.
Sheriff Prince said his deputies have been working hard out in the field to keep the community safe.
“I raised the standard .... we’re gonna go above and beyond the bar that has been set,” he said.
More news out of South Georgia:
In their annual data report, GCSO had 82 felony drug arrests, 103 DUIs, 1,218 total bookings and more than 5,000 traffic stops.
Some of the stats increased from 2024 by more than 100%.
“We’re gonna give these citizens what they asked for and that’s protection, that’s comfort and that’s peace of mind knowing that they are safe in their own county.”
Sheriff Prince said it is their job to serve and protect and he is ready and excited to continue their work in the community.
