Description

SAVANNAH, Ga. - Gov. Brian Kemp came to Savannah where he signed a list of legislation into law.

One is designed to end subminimum wages for people working with disabilities in Georgia.

Another bill would require insurance companies to cover standard fertility treatments if someone’s fertility was impacted by illnesses like cancer or sickle cell disease.

A third bill that’s not related to health care, but targeted toward coastal communities would provide a tax credit to people when they purchase generators.
