CAMILLA, Ga. (WALB) - The Camilla Police Department (CPD) is asking for the public’s help in identifying an individual captured in surveillance photos during an incident at a local business earlier this month.

According to police, the individual entered Camilla–Stones Hardware Store on December 5, 2025. Investigators say the person was driving a black Hyundai four-door sedan at the time.

Authorities have released photos in hopes that someone may recognize the individual or the vehicle involved. Anyone with information is urged to contact Chief Investigator Mike Hall with the Camilla Police Department at (229) 336-2201, or Investigator Kevin Sellers with the Mitchell County Sheriff’s Department at (229) 336-2032.

Police ask that anyone who may have information come forward, noting that tips from the public can play a critical role in ongoing investigations.

Community members are also encouraged to share the information to help keep the community safe.
