SUNDAY: A stormy pattern moves in with a widespread Marginal Risk (Level 1 out of 5) for severe weather across the area from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Forecasters say threats include:
- A 5% chance of damaging wind gusts
- A 5% chance of large hail
- A 2% chance of a tornado
- Potential for flash flooding
Rain totals are expected to average around 1 inch, though isolated areas could see locally higher amounts.

EARLY NEXT WEEK: Drier and slightly cooler air arrives as skies clear by Monday afternoon.
MID- TO LATE WEEK: A warming trend quickly takes over, with near-record warmth expected by the end of the week. Morning lows will stay mild in the 60s, and afternoon highs could climb into the mid-80s. Record highs for this time of year are also in the mid-80s.
