NASHVILLE, Ga. (WALB) - Two Berrien County residents are behind bars following a child sexual abuse investigation.
Harvey Rogers Jr. and Macy Rogers face several charges after reports a child was sexually assaulted. The Nashville Police Department began investigating the incident on March 19th of 2026.
Harvey Rogers Jr. is charged with two counts each of Sexually Battery, Rape, Statutory Rape, Aggerated Child Molestation, False Imprisonment, Family Violence, and Cruelty to Children in the First Degree.
Macy Rogers is charged with Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Requirements and Probation Violation.
