ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) — An Albany family is mourning the death of Dyllin Fallin, 31, who was killed when a stolen Dodge Charger struck his motorcycle on East Broad Avenue.
Police said Fallin was riding his Honda motorcycle when he was hit by the Charger, driven by Terrance Davis, 28. The vehicle had been reported stolen, police said.

Davis suffered serious injuries and remains hospitalized. Charges are expected, Albany Police said.
Albany Police said there are no additional suspects and no indication the two men knew each other. Investigators said they know who owns the stolen vehicle but will not release the owner’s name while the investigation continues.
The crash occurred on East Broad Avenue at around 2 a.m. Monday, Feb. 2.

Police said they will release additional information, including formal charges, once the investigation is complete.
