ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - Several places are giving away food to those in need this Thanksgiving holiday.

ALBANY

• The Victory of Albany church is inviting the community to Together We Eat on Thanksgiving. The menu includes: ham, turkey, Cornish hen, dressing, collard greens, green beans, candied yams, pasta salad, mashed potatoes, potato salad, lemonade, and water. The event will be at the J Lane Theater on Pine Avenue.

CORDELE

• Starting at 4 p.m., the Community of Cordele, Inc. will be offering a free traditional Thanksgiving meal to those in the community while enjoying football. Donations are welcome, but not required. Anyone interested in attending is asked to RSVP at (229) 947-9106.
