ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — The Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office and family members have identified a woman who died after police found her shot on I-75 earlier this week.

Bianca Huntley, 34, was four and a half months pregnant with her third daughter. She has two other daughters, Londyn and Ariana.

“Having to explain to my baby that her mama is never coming home, it’s nothing you can prepare for, it’s nothing you ever expect,” Londyn’s father, Michael Huntley, said. “I really don’t know what to say, I don’t know what to do, ain’t no handbook for it.”

On Tuesday afternoon, Atlanta police said they found Huntley shot along the northbound lanes of I-75 near North Central Avenue, which is close to the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and where she worked at DHL.

She was rushed to the hospital in critical condition, where she died.

“I just couldn’t believe it,” Bianca’s older brother, Zeek Lenoir, said. “It didn’t dawn on me until the next morning; I thought it was a dream.”

Lenoir said his sister had the ability to turn any negative into a positive.

“If I was down, it was like she was the big brother sometimes telling me to pick my chin up,” he said. “Justice needs to be served; people need to take accountability for their actions.”

Lenoir and Michael Huntley want justice to be served and for people to be held accountable for their actions. They encourage anyone with information to come forward.

“This situation has torn our family apart, and we just trying to put the pieces back together. And it’s going to be hard, but some justice help, so that’s what we are shooting for,” Michael said.

Police have not yet identified any suspects. Investigators said they believe Huntley may have been shot somewhere else, and police are still working to learn where the original shooting took place.

“Everybody loved her, just a beautiful soul,” Michael said.
