Description
ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) — The Georgia State Patrol (GSP) is investigating a crash that involved an Albany Police (APD) vehicle on West Gordon street. GSP responded to the crash around 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 16.
One person was taken to Phoebe Putney Hospital for treatment following the crash. It is unknown if that person was the APD officer or someone in the other vehicle.
According to GSP, two vehicles were involved in the crash, including a 2018 APD Ford Taurus and a 2009 Nissan Murano.
GSP has not indicated who was at fault in the crash. This is an active GSP investigation.
