ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - ASU will officially welcome its new head coach with an introductory press conference.

The press conference will be held inside Lovett Hall on ASU’s east campus on Jan. 21 at 2 p.m.

With over 20 years of collegiate leadership experience, Bowser has served at Johnson C. Smith, St. Augustine, and Fayetteville State University, contributing to numerous CIAA championships.

Coach David Bowser was named the 10th head football coach in the university’s history on Dec. 24, 2025.

The University invites the community to this event as they welcome Coach Bowser to the “RAMily.” Those who plan to attend are encouraged to RSVP here.
