STEWART COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) – A man arrested in connection with a Stewart County death investigation has been found not guilty on all charges, according to court records.

Tyrone Smith Jr. had previously been arrested in connection with a deadly incident that drew the attention of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. Earlier court proceedings included a bond hearing that left a strong emotional impression on the presiding judge.
