ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Just mere days after returning home from being in ICE custody in south Georgia after a wrongful traffic stop, an undocumented Dalton teenager will make public remarks on Tuesday.

The 19-year-old has been at home since early Friday and was reunited with her family, including her dad, Jose Arias Tovar, who is also out on bond after being released from ICE custody. He, too, was arrested during a traffic stop.

Although undocumented, Arias-Cristobal has been in the United States since she was 4.
