WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A West Palm Beach woman was arrested for allegedly threatening to shoot President Donald Trump in a Facebook post that echoed her previous threats towards a local elementary school.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office (PBSO) responded to a tip that said Miranda Perez, 34, had threatened to shoot President Donald Trump on Monday.
According to PBSO, Miranda made the threat on Facebook on the same day, posting "Hey Trump I'ma go to your Gulf course an be the next shooter lol I'm bored (emoji hands up and laughing emoji) be there soon. (smiling face emoji)"

Deputies said that they were able to identify Perez due to a previous arrest for making threats to shoot up Barton Elementary School.
According to court records, Perez was found not competent to stand trial for the school threats.
Perez was arrested and now faces a charge of written threats to kill or cause bodily harm.
