MOULTRIE, Ga. (WALB) — Firefighters responded to two house fires over the weekend in Colquitt County, according to the Colquitt County Fire Association.

According to the Colquitt County Fire Association, the first call came in early Sunday morning, Sept. 26, for a residential structure fire.

When crews arrived, they contained the fire to the room where it started before it could spread.

Crews received another call just after lunch for a second residential structure fire. That fire started on the front porch and spread into the attic. Crews managed to contain the fire, according to the Colquitt County Fire Association.

Crews did not say if any injuries were reported.
