TUESDAY PM-FIRST ALERT WEATHER DAY 11am-8pm 8/18/2026 for Extreme Heat. Highs will reach towards 100 and heat index values over 110. A few showers and storms may cool some off by the afternoon.

WEDNESDAY: The humidity drops some tomorrow sending heat indices down to 100-105 and lower rain chances too.

LATE WEEK: The heat and humidity shoots back up Thursday, FIRST ALERT WEATHER DAY. Scattered strong storms arrive Friday PM.

WEEKEND: Seasonable weather finally returns Saturday with highs in the lower 90s and scattered PM showers & thunderstorms. Sunday drier out and heats up into the middle 90s.

EARLY WEEK: More dry days and highs in the mid 90s.
