Description
ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - Clouds lingered longer than expected on Tuesday. As a result most didn’t see any sunshine which kept temperatures in the 40s all day. Clearing got underway late afternoon which allows for a chilly evening. Expect a long cold night as lows drop to and below freezing upper 20s low 30s for a very cold morning.
Wednesday much brighter with plenty of sunshine and milder low 60s through the afternoon. Into the evening look for increasing clouds as a dry cold front pushes across the region. Tomorrow night not as cold but still chilly with lows in the upper 30s around 40.
Dry conditions prevail the rest of the week. Prepare for cold nights in the 30s and 40s while days range from seasonal mid 60s to milder upper 60s near 70 through the weekend.
Next week another push of drier and cooler air slides into SGA. Lows are back into the 30s and highs into the 50s. Despite a series of cold fronts sliding through little to no rain is expected for drought relief.
