Description
QUITMAN, Ga. (WCTV) - A man is behind bars in connection with a shooting in Quitman that left one dead on Christmas Day.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is charging Dexter Bivins with one count of felony murder, three counts of aggravated assault and one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
Law enforcement says Bivins turned himself in to the Quitman Police Department a little after 10 a.m.. He is currently being held at the Brooks County Jail.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigations confirmed the person killed was 35-year old Raymond McCullar of Valdosta.
