ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - Three years after Lacambria Toomer disappeared, her mother, Melissa Caldwell, is still searching for answers.

The accused killer, Ryan Cooper, remains behind bars, but no indictment has been filed.

Caldwell believes that people know what happened to her daughter but will not speak up.

“I have people texting, sharing information with me, but they will not hand it to law enforcement,” she said. “And that’s what hurts me so bad because I know they have information.”
