GRADY COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) - The Grady County Sheriff’s Office (GCSO) issued a late-night public safety alert after a vehicle pursuit ended with a crash and the suspects taken into custody.

Deputies responded to the area of Highway 112 and D & G Lane, where a large law enforcement presence gathered as the chase came to an end. According to officials, the suspects wrecked their vehicle during the pursuit and were immediately detained by deputies.

Drivers traveling through the area were urged to use caution and remain aware of first responders working on scene.

The Sheriff’s Office shared details of the incident in a Facebook post late last night, assuring the community that more information will be released as the investigation continues.
