CLINCH COUNTY, Ga. — The Georgia Forestry Commission (GFC) released stunning photos and videos from in the air and on the ground as crews fight to contain the wildfires in South Georgia.

The two major wildfires in South Georgia, the Pineland Road fire in Clinch County and Highway 82 fire in Brantley County, are continuing to grow. The most recent estimate marks nearly 30,000 acres being burned, while containment remains at just 10 percent.

The photos and videos released by the GFC show response crews battling the blaze from the ground and from the sky.
