WGXA spoke with those campus officers, Brothers Captain Angelo Bellamy and Sergeant Maurice Bellamy, who said the experience was as emotional as it was fun, telling us their father was a fan of the show.
"Up to his passing, we would always sit in front of the TV and laugh, said Sergeant Bellamy. " So, when he passed, our sister put in a bid for us to be without our knowledge. I really enjoyed it, I really did. We're looking forward to be possibly going back again."
Captain Bellamy said his family has already been selected to go back for another taping in January 2027.
