MONDAY: Lots of sunshine to start the day and help temperatures climb in the mid 90s. Drier air will allow heat indices to stay between 100-105. Scattered storms are possible later this afternoon and evening. Some can be strong to severe with main threats being damaging winds, isolated flash flooding, frequent lightning and small hail. Isolated showers can pop up around 3pm with main activity ramping up closer to the evening.

TUESDAY: Another mild and muggy start in the middle 70s. Highs will climb back near the middle 90s. Strong-severe storms return for some in the afternoon hours. Main threats are damaging winds and isolated flash flooding.

MID/LATE-WEEK: Much of the same with morning lows in the low to mid 70s. Plenty of sunshine to start the day with chances of strong-severe pop-up storms in the afternoon. Highs stick around near average in the low-mid 90s. Thursday looks to be the most active day with more widespread coverage of storms possible.

WEEKEND: A little drier but afternoon storms still possible. Highs will stick around in the lower 90s.
