WASHINGTON (TNND) — The “No Kings” protests that will be taking place on Saturday are being funded by foundations belonging to billionaire philanthropist George Soros, according to a new report.

One of the groups is the Open Society Foundations, founded by the major Democratic donor.

Through a fund, the foundation issued a $3 million grant to the Indivisible Organization that was good for two years "to support the grantee's social welfare activities.”

The Indivisible Organization is "managing data and communications with participants" for the "No Kings" protests, according to a report from Fox News.

Soros has given over $32 billion of his personal to foundations, according to Open Society Foundations.

The Indivisible Foundation also reportedly funded a network that funded anti-Israel protests on college campuses.

"We support a wide range of independent organizations that work to deepen civic engagement through peaceful democratic participation, a hallmark of any vibrant society and a right protected by the Constitution," an Open Society Foundations spokesperson told TNND.

"Our grantees make their own decisions about their work, consistent with the law and the terms of their grant agreements,” the statement continued.

The No Kings protests will take place on Oct. 18 and elected officials such as Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y.

The Human Rights Campaign, the ACLU and the American Federation of Teachers will also be participating.
