CAMILLA, Ga. (WALB) - The Office of Commissioner of Insurance and Safety Fire has confirmed that two people have been arrested in connection to the fire that took place at Kebo’s BBQ & More on January 27, 2025.

The owner of restaurant, Regina Green, was arrested and charged with tampering with evidence.

In addition to Green’s arrest, Brandy Hendley, an employee was also arrested.

Hendley was charged with arson, false statements, and theft by taking.

She was arrested by deputies with the Grady County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, May 16 at her home in Cairo.

According to our previous, the Georgia Fire Marshal’s Office was conducting an investigation to learn what caused the fire.
