VALDOSTA, Ga. (WALB) — Eggs Up Grill in Albany got an 83 on its food service inspection on Wednesday, Oct. 7.

They received four infractions; all four were new violations, and one was corrected while inspectors were on-site.

Below is a summary of the infractions:

1. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(1)] Observed lemons in the WIC with mold. Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
2. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Observed the interior of the ice machine was not clean to the eye or touch. New Violation. Correct By: 10/09/2026
3. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(7)(d)] Observed the facility had no written consumer notification of the presence of major food allergens in unpackaged food items. New Violation. Correct By: 10/09/2026
4. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(2)(a)] Observed the floor was not clean of food debris. New Violation. Correct By: 10/09/2026
