COFFEE COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) -During a search warrant at a Coffee County residence, cocaine, marijuana, money, and a pistol were recovered.

On Friday, July 18, the Douglas-Coffee Drug Unit executed a search warrant at a residence near Alderman Drive as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation.

During the search, officers reportedly discovered crack cocaine, marijuana, a large amount of U.S. currency in small denominations, which is commonly associated with street-level drug sales, along with other evidence consistent with illegal drug activity. Officers also located a black Glock 22 Gen 4.

As a result of the search and evidence recovered, Marquavious Walker was arrested and charged with possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana more than one ounce.

Walker was transported to the Coffee County Jail.
