WEEKEND: Near record warmth continues with a few afternoon/evening showers and thunderstorms.
EARLY WEEK: Slight rain chance keeps us away from record warmth.
MID WEEK: Near record heat comes ahead of a cold front. Highs are forecast to reach the upper 80s!
LATE WEEK: Rain chances peak early Thursday with some storms and we should cool finally.
