ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - We begin this week with the coldest nights of the season so far. Tonight temperatures drop well into the 20s, with wind chills in the teens. Bundle up if you are leaving early for work or school. Tomorrow, afternoon highs struggle into the 40s before falling off a cliff into the low-mid 20s for your Monday night. Limit your time outside overnight, and if you have to go out, make sure you are layered up. Bring in plants and pets tonight, and drip your pipes.

Tuesday afternoon is when we see temperatures steadily warming up. Afternoon highs will be near 60 before tumbling down near, but above, freezing Wednesday morning. Afternoon highs work their way into the 70s by Thursday with overnight lows steadily warming as well. Next chance of rain comes Thursday, but chances are slim for now.
