HOUSTON COUNTY, Ga. (WGXA) — An 18-year-old pleaded guilty to an attempted robbery and shooting on Halloween in Warner Robins last year.
The Houston County District Attorney said Hen'Darius Wilson pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and firearm possession during a felony and was given a 20-year sentence with the first 10 to be served in prison.

District Attorney Eric Edwards wrote that Wilson was 17 when he and a group of teens walked up to the victim and tried to rob him at gunpoint on Halloween 2024 along Vaughn Street in Warner Robins.
The victim tried to run away, and that's when Wilson shot at him multiple times, hitting him in the leg.
DA Edwards said passersby went to help the victim until police and medical aid arrived at the scene, and various witnesses identified Wilson as the shooter.
The district attorney issued a statement following Wilson's guilty plea on Thursday.
“Halloween should be one of the safest and happiest nights of the year for our community’s children," wrote DA Edwards. "There is absolutely no place for gunfire or violence on our streets while families are out trick-or-treating. The choice Mr. Wilson made that night could have easily cost a child their life."
