WEDNESDAY PM: Expect a seasonable summer day with some clouds. Temperatures will reach the upper 80s to low 90s with heat indices approaching 100. Scattered afternoon showers and thunderstorms will be favored southward with a Marginal Risk of Excessive Rainfall. Some storms can be strong to briefly severe.
LATE WEEK: Rain chances will rise and afternoon temperatures cool heading into Friday.
WEEKEND: Decent afternoon rain chances linger Saturday. On Sunday, we turn drier and warmer.
EARLY WEEK: Hotter and drier weather wins out as high pressure sets in. Highs in the middle 90s with heat indices reaching towards 105.
