Description
ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - The biggest weather impact heading into the weekend will be fog in the mornings. Turn off the high beams and slow down if you encounter fog on the road Saturday and Sunday mornings, it could be dense at times. Other than that, this afternoon and the weekend will be much of the same, highs in the upper 70s flirting with the 80s! Overnight lows through the weekend will be mild in the upper 50s and low 60s. No rain and partly sunny skies through the weekend.
Next week is when things switch up. Light scattered showers roll in early Monday ahead of a cold front and skies begin to clear in the afternoon. Colder air will set up shop late Monday night, bringing freezing temperatures with wind chills in the 20s. Sub freezing overnight lows take you into the new year with much chillier afternoon highs in the 50s.
