Description
ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - A portion of W. Highland Avenue is temporarily closed following a partial road collapse, according to city officials.
The westbound lane in the 900 block of W. Highland Avenue is currently shut down as crews assess and repair the damage. Officials say repairs are expected to take approximately one business day; however, the lane will remain closed until all work is fully completed.
Motorists traveling through the area are urged to use caution and consider alternate routes to avoid potential delays while repairs are underway.
City officials will provide updates as work progresses and the lane is reopened.
