Description
EARLY COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) — A Dothan, Alabama, resident who previously lived in Blakely, Georgia, has been sentenced to more than a decade in federal prison after investigators said he distributed child sexual abuse material (CSAM) online involving young girls.
Bradley Love, 37, was sentenced on June 29 to 135 months in prison followed by 25 years of supervised release, according to federal authorities. Love pleaded guilty Feb. 26 to one count of distribution of child pornography. He will also be required to register as a sex offender for life. Federal sentences do not include parole.

“Our office will tirelessly pursue all those who exploit children online and hold them accountable for their crimes at the federal level,” U.S. Attorney William R. “Will” Keyes said in a statement.
Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Special Agent in Charge Steven N. Schrank said undercover operations are intended to identify and prosecute offenders who target children online. “We will not tolerate these crimes, and we will use every tool at our disposal to protect children and ensure offenders are removed from our communities,” Schrank said.
Undercover investigation
According to court documents and statements referenced in court, an undercover HSI agent joined a “teen chat” room on chat-avenue.com on Dec. 7, 2023, and posted “Dad of 2 8yro and 10yro.” Authorities said Love, using the screen name “Whiteranger,” contacted the agent in a private message.
Investigators said Love asked about the agent’s daughters and whether they had been sexually abused, then moved the conversation to the messaging platform Kik. On Kik, authorities said Love sent a photo of male genitalia, requested explicit photos of the purported children, and discussed sharing CSAM, but said he did not want to be removed from Kik for it. The conversation then moved to another platform, Session, according to court documents.
On Session, where Love allegedly used the screen name “Jackkfrost,” authorities said he sent multiple images depicting CSAM to the undercover agent.
Search warrant and seized devices
Investigators later located Love at a home address in Blakely, Georgia. On Sept. 5, 2024, HSI, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and the Early County Sheriff’s Office executed a federal search warrant at that residence.
Authorities said several electronic devices were seized, including a cell phone containing approximately 139 images depicting CSAM and a second cell phone containing two images depicting CSAM. Investigators also said Love told them he was interested in children who were “toddler age” and confirmed he sent and received CSAM on the platforms involved.
Part of Project Safe Childhood
The case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a Department of Justice initiative launched in 2006 to combat child sexual exploitation and abuse by coordinating federal, state and local resources to identify victims and prosecute offenders.
HSI investigated the case with assistance from the GBI and the Early County Sheriff’s Office. Assistant U.S. Attorneys Monica Daniels and Julius Jefferson prosecuted the case, authorities said.
