Description
DOUGLAS, Ga. (WALB) — A man who has reportedly been trying to enter Douglas homes was identified by the Douglas Police Department (DPD).
The unnamed suspect was accused of approaching homes and turning doorknobs to see if they were unlocked. The DPD alleged that the man entered one home.

No arrests have been made in this case as of Monday, July 29, police said.
“We encourage residents to keep their doors and windows locked at all times and to report any suspicious activity immediately by calling 911 so officers can respond and investigate.”
Extra patrols were added to the areas affected to “help ensure the safety of our community and in hopes to catch the individual” according to a Facebook post from the DPD.
