ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - The Albany Police Department (APD) has identified the driver in a Monday hit-and-run.

APD says the driver has been cited with Failure to Yield.

According to police, the hit-and-run happened at the Family Dollar on N. Slappey Blvd. on Monday, July 7.
