ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - [UPDATE: 2:00 p.m.] All power has been restored.

A recent power outage has left more than 2,000 residents without power at this time.

According to officials, power is expected to be restored around 1:45 p.m.

The cause of the outage is unknown.

WALB is reaching out to officials to learn more about the outage.
