CRISP COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) - According to the Crisp County Sheriff’s Office, on Wednesday, April 1, Jeremy Britton Evans was arrested in Perry, Georgia, by deputies from the Crisp County Sheriff’s Office and agents from the GBI Region 3 Office, with assistance from the Houston County Sheriff’s Office.

Officials say that Britton is 46 years old and from Reynolds, Georgia.

He has been charged with the following:

1. 9 Counts of Aggravated Child Molestation
2. 6 Counts of Sodomy
3. 3 Counts of Aggravated Sodomy
4. 3 Counts of Child Molestation
