LEESBURG, Ga. (WALB) — A woman is headed to the hospital for minor injuries after being clipped by a trailer while she was riding a bike on Monday, April 27, officials said.

The woman was reportedly riding her bike on Main Street near Lee County High School on Monday afternoon.

Multiple law enforcement agencies responded to the scene, including Leesburg Police and the Georgia State Patrol (GSP).

No further details have been confirmed at this time. The scene was cleared as of 4:02 p.m.
