Description
TODAY: A mild start heats in a hurry with midday temperatures in the lower 90s and heat indices near 105. We top off at dangerous levels with highs in the upper 90s and heat indices approaching 110. Scattered afternoon showers and thunderstorms may cool some off.
FRIDAY: We’ll do it again tomorrow.
SATURDAY: Rain chance rise a little more Saturday with a Marginal Risk of Excessive rainfall. That may take the edge of the heat some.
SUNDAY: The heat builds back with less rain.
MONDAY-WEDNESDAY: FIRST ALERT WEATHER DAYS for EXTREME HEAT. Highs near 100° and heat indices 110-115. Thunderstorms return Wednesday PM.
