ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) — A large police presence was seen at a home on 6th Avenue in Albany Thursday morning (Aug. 13).

Police were spotted at a home not far from Hilsman Park.

According to a Georgia State Patrol (GSP) trooper on the scene, this is a Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) case.

It appears at least one person was arrested, though that has not been confirmed with officials.

A unit was reportedly doing a search at a home in the 1200 block of 6th Avenue. A K9 unit was also seen entering the house.
